Programme: Digital Process World — full SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation and EU rollout, including integration to Salesforce (Brownfield CRM), Data Migration from ECC, RICEFW development and transfer, and multi-country go-live.
As Central Factory Lead IT, served as the sole integration point between six technical stream leads and the business/CIO level — collecting all stream updates, managing cross-stream dependencies, and consolidating into a single programme view reported to SteerCo and CIO.
