As a Product Owner, I have designed the end-to-end process of the first GPT-3 powered Trial Master File indexing solution, leading the development team through the process of setting up high-quality text processing pipelines, training, testing, and deploying a state-of-the-art AI model using over 100,000 TMF documents for training and processing over 1 million documents at over 95% accuracy.

The solution was shipped with multiple custom User Interfaces built using Microsoft's Power Platform including multiple Power BI dashboards, the infrastructure leveraged multiple serverless applications to enable on-demand scaling and easy integration with Document Management Systems including Veeva Vault eTMF

As the product owner I was responsible for creating sales materials, leading customer interactions, and overseeing delivery, leading to the adoption of the product by 4 different customers, and generating over €2 Million in revenue.
