▪ Chaired program governance reviews, reporting status, risks, resource
constraints and mitigation actions to senior stakeholders.
▪ Supported the team by providing guidance, monitoring key project KPIs,
removing impediments (esp. wrt project team resources and budget),
and escalation when appropriate.
▪ Responsible for departmental budget forecasting, approvals, and
monitoring.
▪ Led resource planning and team growth across multiple locations,
defining role requirements, conducting interviews and managing
end-to-end recruitment processes.
