Business Process Consultant in the area of SAP MM. Responsible to design and model in Signavio the MM processes for a life sciences industry client. The process was structured end to end from L1 to L4 going from Strategic Procurement through Procure to Receipt and Invoice to Pay.

I joined the project one year before the Go-live phase. Initially, my role involved supporting the team by monitoring the replication of IDOCs from a logistics system into a financial system. As part of the second and third-level support team, I was responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues within the logistics system, identifying root causes, and ensuring smooth data integration.

As the project progressed, I took on the responsibility of managing a team dedicated to developing WRICEF (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) deliverables. We tracked all WRICEF objectives in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) to ensure effective monitoring and control throughout the development process. I followed a structured approach to guarantee timely delivery of the required objectives. Additionally, I was responsible for reporting on progress and providing regular feedback on the current status of our development efforts.
