• ensuring smooth delivery from first idea to final implementation

Over the years, I’ve worked on international projects involving production, sourcing and supplier coordination across Europe and Asia.

This includes hands-on experience with:

• POS and retail activation
• promotional production and sourcing
• international supplier coordination (including Asia)
• import processes and logistics
• multi-market campaign rollouts
• bridging physical and digital touchpoints
