I help organizations design, optimize, and document their email environments, ensuring reliable and secure mail delivery across complex infrastructures.

My expertise includes Microsoft 365, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Microsoft Defender for Office 365, and the integration of third-party email security solutions, as well as SMTP infrastructures operating outside the Microsoft 365 cloud.

A key area of my work is email authentication and transport security, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DANE, and MTA-STS, as well as the required DNS architecture and configuration.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience across a wide range of environments, I have implemented and maintained numerous mail routing architectures and gateway-based mail flows.
