I am an internal communication and corporate event specialist with more than 10 years of experience working in complex, international organisations across corporate,
public sector, startup and agency environments.

My core focus lies in internal communication, leadership communication and community building. I develop and execute communication strategies that create clarity, strengthen connection and support employees in their day-to-day work as well as during times of change.

I work closely with leadership, HR and internal stakeholders to translate strategy into clear, engaging communication formats – from internal platforms and newsletters to virtual townhalls and dialogue formats.
