I am an experienced, courageous and humble leader with 20+ years in the IT and software industry. I am a Linguist, a 1st division soccer player and a mother of two. I value authenticity and awareness in people.

Since 2022 I work as a freelance coach, mentor, consultant. My expertise and passion is leadership and how to successfully lead and build thriving teams in times of AI and digital transformation. I have further given workshops on resilience, AI & Leadership and women succeeding in male dominated environments.

For more than 10 years I have successfully supported the biggest customers at Salesforce with various digital transformation projects while leading and coaching a top performing, remote and hybrid team. Since 2022 I spread my expertise and knowledge as a leader, executive coach, mentor, consultant to support organizations, teams, individuals (mostly C-levl) with transitions and transformation projects or to ramp and build leaders in organization who will need to lead through transformation and change in a healthy and sustainable way. I feel at home in the fast paced environments of IT and Software companies but can adapt to almost any industry.
