This ongoing project is a greenfield implementation of SAP S/4HANA for a major FMCG client. As a Lead SAP MM Consultant, my role is to ensuring the successful implementation and smooth transition from the legacy system to the new platform.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducted a review of existing configurations to identify any gaps or inconsistencies with the project requirements and made necessary adjustments to the configurations to ensure that the system met the specific needs of the client.
- Created detailed documentation of the configurations, including rationale for changes and instructions for future reference.
- Responsible for the Cut-Over activities for P2P stream. Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams to align cut-over activities, ensuring that all dependencies are managed effectively.
- Facilitated knowledge transfer sessions with the client's internal team, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the system and can manage it post-implementation
- Coordinated UAT activities, ensuring that all necessary scenarios were covered and that the end-users were adequately trained to perform the testing.
