Certain projects need support of an experienced external Health & Safety Manager as my qualification. From Q2-2026 on I will work as a Freelancer in customer projects according to your needs with a flexible time horizon. With integrity, I am ready to support you in ensuring compliance with all regulatory, customer and other applicable EHS requirements.
I have a proven track record in performing the following fields and tasks successful:
- Develop safety plans, HSE processes, support and on-develop of programs
- Ensure that all employees are informed of, comprehend, and comply with EHS policies and procedures as well as local regulations
- Promote Health & Safety (in a positive and constructive manner)
Risk assessment: verify documents, perform Task Risk Assessments and POWRA
- Perform site inspections, auditing own and sub-contractors activities
- Conduct EHS Leadership Training as certified trainer
- Perform site training, inductions, pre-job briefings
- Drive reporting (concerns, near misses, toolbox talks, trainings, inspections etc.)
- Report and investigate incidents including RCA
- Reviewing Regulatory Compliance (Gensuite Tool) for units with fixed facilities and distributed resources
- Cooperate with customer representatives and guide sub-contractors.
This includes comprehensive knowledge in
High Risk Activities, Lock-out Tag Out (LOTO), Hazardous Substances, PSE and Rescue, Toolbox Meetings, EHS Training, OSHAS 18001 and ISO45001 requirements and audits.

Health and Safety Management for fixed facilities and power plant service projects with a distributed workforce
Coordinating fixed facilities and field service activities for customers in Power Generation in fulfilling EHS requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with EHS policies, programs, procedures and government standards, on-development of HSE policies and programs/initiatives
- Perfoming site and project audits and inspections incl. data analysis for processes and no harm initiatives
- Conducting coordinating fixed facility and site inspections
