The role slowly evolved from Business Operations & Strategy into FP&A over the last 3 years, but scope remained mostly unchanged around the following topics:

• Strategic Program Management on company level: Enabling transparency and alignment on strategic programs for the Leadership Team with a customized monthly report of the most crucial projects in the organization
• Planning & Budgeting: Project Lead for the 2021 & 2022 Planning (Budget) Process. This included the setting of overall timeline, aligning between Strategic, Operational and Financial Planning and supporting the Business on aligning on handshakes and key dependencies
• Management Cadence for Leadership Team: Delivering a predictable and transparent business cadence for the Leadership Team and supporting departments in implementing the cadence and providing input for Business Reviews
• Ad hoc work on high-impact and cross-departmental projects, with direct exposure to senior leadership

• Planning & Budgeting: Led the global budget and forecasting process for Ahold Delhaize 2017 and 2018 as part of the BPP team at the global HQ. This included a.o. communication to all stakeholders, providing analysis of financial data to the senior management and the development of reports and presentations.
• Business Partnering: Supporting the businesses in Belgium and the Netherlands as country-lead, acting as point of contact for senior management (a.o. Group CFO) and the local finance departments for all request relating the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting, forecasting and ad-hoc requests.
• Completed the Ahold Delhaize Young Professional Leadership program "Success built to last (SBL)" by Talentfirst
