We kicked off the project with benchmarking, mapping of the existing app, and initial brainstorming sessions. During the screen development phase, the team was divided into two squads; I was responsible for the home, onboarding, and batch payments flows, focusing on screen design and the creation of new components within the design system.

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung

In this project, I was the sole UI Designer, working closely with Bayer’s internal team on the Carbon Regenerar and Carbon Commodities initiatives. I designed all dashboard screens for the authenticated area, updated the design system, and prepared the final deliverables. Our workflow included daily check-ins with the Bayer manager and weekly reviews aligned with the development team. This project gave me high visibility and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
