Über mich

Over the past 13 years I have advised, coached, and supported more than 10,000 senior leaders and C-suite executives through 15+ large-scale organizational transformations and M&A transactions, with a distinct focus on creating tailored leadership programs that foster alignment, strengthen communication, and build strategic buy-in.

I have partered with DAX30 executives navigating complex M&A transactions, mid-sized (Mittelstand) companies driving organizational development, and high-growth tech scale-ups scaling under intense pressure.

My work focuses primarily organizational transformation — often in the context of post-merger integration, restructuring, turnarounds, or growth preparation, including carve-outs and separations. All contexts which allow me to utilize my biggest strengths: consistent communication and stakeholder management in dynamic and complex environments.
My career spans M&A strategy advisory (6 years at KPMG Deal Advisory, 3.5 years freelance), venture capital and executive board roles leading sales/go2market functions and as Chief Transformation Officer, where I developed a reputation for driving both strategic impact and organizational movement.

My approach is results-oriented and collaborative, always tailored to the specific needs of my clients. Alongside a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of leadership psychology, I bring a strong passion for hands-on implementation and creative approaches.
