Over the past 13 years I have partnered with more than 10,000 senior leaders and C-suite executives through 15+ large-scale organizational transformations and M&A transactions, with a distinct focus on creating bespoke leadership and change programs that foster alignment, strengthen communication, and build strategic buy-in.
