Knowledge of Customer Communication Management and output management systems (e.g. M/Text Tomic, DocFamily) · SCRUM Master certification (PSM I/II, CSM, or equivalent) · At least 3 years of experience as a SCRUM Master · At least 2 successfully facilitated SCRUM teams · Experience with IT development projects and software development cycles · Excellent facilitation skills for all SCRUM events · Servant Leadership approach · Conflict resolution and mediation
