2012 to 2015
Head of Boiler and Heat Exchangers Department;
• Supervising on overhaul of water tube boiler, with 800 tons/hr steam capacity and gas tube steam generators, based on the schedule, analyzing and offering solution for technical problems of unit equipment.
• Lead a team with 15 personnel to repair and maintenance of power plant unit equipment include all types of Valve, Pump, Fan, Bearing, Dual-fuel Burner, Soot Blower, Gearbox, Gas Air Heater, Heat Exchanger, Pipe, Super Heater and Re-heater.
• Analysis and advice in case of damages during the operation phase and made necessary modification to the original design.
• Dismantling equipment, checking work condition, repair/renewal via using codes and standards and replacement parts if necessary as well as assembling and adjustment to be operated in a secure effective way.
• Making alignment and running so as to make sure the allowable vibration and function properly.
• Using NDT (VT, PT, RT, MT) in special parts such as bearings, high pressure pipes and vessels

Achievements: The increase in the equipment lifetime, durability, strength, efficiency and safety operation.

1999 to 2012
Shift Operations Manager;
• As a shift manager, led a team with 35 personnel, for over 10 years starting up, operating and shutting down units include steam turbine, boiler, pump, fan, diesel generator, air compressor and HVAC.
• Supervising on and controlling all affairs related to unit equipment, human resources and controlling the persons under supervision for performing assigned duties.
• Managing and supervising on establishment of unit from beginning of preparation to final parallel to network and preventing from any operation contrary to the instruction for system safety.
• Monitoring and controlling of operation parameters of 250MW turbine and boiler in control room, ensuring the equipment accuracy according to the time table, and trouble-shooting any fault.
• Managing any risk including boiler trip, turbine trip, run back, black out, and protecting the system equipment
Achievements: Working properly, efficient use of fuel, reduction of environmental impact, prevent unwanted unit trip, optimized utilization of equipment, improve unit efficiency more than %1(from %37 to %38) and reduce costs.
