As a project lead, I managed a HP Superdome migration project that required documentation, scoping, and implementation planning support. I met daily with engineers and business operations teams, and passed on feedback to IT and management stakeholders. As a technical coordinator, I supervised HP Superdome consolidation, AD Upgrades, and Quorum server installation projects.

In my role as a Change Manager, I tracked development, staging, acceptance, and live environment change requests, leading weekly Change Approval Board and Pre-CAB meetings. I was also the point of contact for external personnel involved in RFC approval and execution and for all groups concerning maintenance and release windows. In addition, I communicated with change requesters and contacts, scheduled and coordinated maintenance windows, and reported the status of requests and releases to business stakeholders. As a release manager, I gathered information for release windows, coordinated planning and timing, and tracked milestone completion and issues in incident and problem management for post-release patches. I also scheduled and coordinated releases and production patches, held release follow-up meetings with engineers and business project managers, and participated in release planning and decisions meetings. In addition, I was a point-of-contact and go-between for test coordinators, engineers, ICT, and business project managers.
