): I am responsible of the design architecture and the technical requirement for integration with the existing network infrastructure ( DNS, Directory, firewalls , ..) , also responsible of build the Low level design based on Cisco UC ( CUCM 10.5, CUC , IM&Presence , installation of Cisco Call Manager, Unity connection Cisco WebEx meeting server (CWMS) , IM & presence server , Expressway C & E , single sign on (SSO)
Design is based on 2 Regional Cluster Singapore Cluster and Frankfurt cluster , and180+ remote offices around the world . each sites has enhanced UC features (Jabber , SIP, Voicemail, SSO, .. ) .
