Started my career as Project engineer in Vehicle automotive interiors field and obtained high skilled German engineering knowledge and delivered most complex Vehicle Interiors products to the market.

An opportunist later shifted to Hydrogen domain and learnt step by step the complex fuel applications. I have obtained the basics language of Fuel cell stack for working on this system for 3yrs , starting simple product 3D creation by following P&ID functions and of the shelf components with its functionalities, being creative and skilled in Catia 3D thinking, approached greatly on high sophisticated Fuel cell package & Battery modules system to car skateboard platform, understood the system integration , supported on all structural components design and FEM simulation with side crash criteria`s.

Having proven my abilities of Mechanical design skills and system design approach. Continuing on the deep learning of Hydrogen , understood the density behaviour of this great fuel. for the same storage capacity reduce temperature and increase pressure to obtain higher kwh power.
So for this to happen , it is not so easy to select the materials and joining technology unless it is proven physically, have skills to safe design considering reserve factor for the components and a mock-up tests.Created an CcH2 Storage system package to withstand required pressure temperature and mechanical loads.

I design the components / system having all my technical functional knowledge and easy producability, prior to prove the working system I am able to create proto design rapid prototyping, SLS ,additive manufacturing by having various knowledge of Materials and applications ( Thermo Plastic structural & decorative parts and its process, Injection molding ) various Cryogeinc materials Alu , Steels and GFK.

Deep knowledge of development of components and its system, provide engineering solutions with effective communications.
