A complete in cloud based Document/Print/San System has been built to generate documents in millions a day and which provides online document editing functionality for end customers.
This Ynoox Product - DMS provides multiple features:
• Integrations to in-house systems to gather data for documents: MS-SQL, Oracle, Web-API, WCF-Services, WSDL-Services (Java), SAP-XI Interfaces
• generate documents with different rendering technologies: Clear-Report, MS-Reporting (RDLC), Word, PDF
• archive compatible documents with PDF/A, signature
• print routing and consolidation to collect documents per receiver
• Integration to mass-printing (Role) and in-house local printing
• recognition of incoming document and categorization for further process execution
• recognition of complex business documents and starting processes with their data
