Leading the Chief Technology Officer and IT project management department (3 employees). Responsible for requirements specifications, contract negotiations, SW application and IT-infrastructure implementations (including handover into IT-Operations). Developing the future IT roadmap and related budget planning. Managing the implementation projects on a daily base.

Responsible client manager for customer relationship and global central contracts (IT infrastructure client services) for a major customer account. Team lead of ~5 employees (direct and indirect) assigned to the client management team.
Account management, Global P&L with yearly TCV of >50 Mio. Euro, responsible for contractual relationship including SLA achievement and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT). Ensuring financial targets (OE, ER, GM, Cash) were achieved and reported on a regular base during service reviews. Identification of upsell, potentials including initiation of related proactive demand management activities.

Responsible manager for demand management organization within a global customer account organization. Team lead of >15 employees (direct and indirect). Pre-Sales demand management and solution architecture for IT infrastructure demands and opportunities. Ensuring demand management related staffing and assignment of bid resources (solution architects, solution managers and financial architects). Supporting delivery related architecture and design, approvals, costing and service descriptions of solutions, customer presentations and sales support.
