- Ideate: Build information architecture, drafts, sketches, mockups, lo and hi fidelity

- Validate: Through close collaboration with product, dev and customer success stake
holders, I lead and moderate workshops and sessions to make sure I get the most
holistic picture I can
- Wrap: Deliver a UX case study presentation which sums up everything
