Program Manager / Team lead for a large scale Reporting transformation in the context of S/4 HANA platform consolidation over 4+ years from project initialization to closure. Annual managed project volume > 4 Mio CHF. Management of the Reporting Delivery Center with overall headcount of 24.
The overall objective was to transform the fragmented legacy reporting landscape along an SAP S/4 HANA implementation into a modern, enterprise-wide single reporting platform environment with SAP BW, SAC, Datasphere and other technologies.
Key areas of work: Stakeholder Management, Organizational design, Architecture design, Project set up and definition of work results, coordination of a team of more than 20 internal and external experts (Business Analysts, Backend and Frontend developer, Support staff) in different technical and business areas.

Defining the requirements for a new AWS-based Big Data Analytics platform at enterprise level. Assessment of all relevant business processes and reqquirements. Definition of target architceture, processes, organization and roles as well as data security and privacy measures.
Establishment of a cloud platform vendor selection process; RFI and RFP's, vendor selection.
Definition of the customer-specific integration architecture.
Testing of the new platform in practice with several use cases.
