Through my broad industrial engineering studies and my project experiences in different industries and company sizes I learned to gather knowledge and learn from others fast, to get everyone on the same boat and create the best product possible. In the last 6 years I self taught me a lot. I learned how the parents behavior affects the childs mindsets and beliefs as an adult. I also learned a lot about intercultural differences in the way of living or working. As a family father of two little children I know how how to prioritize and how important open and personality dependent communication is, which helped me a lot in my work.

I was one of the youngest Senior Managers at NTT DATA, one of the global TOP10 IT consulting firms, which was ranked #1 in the Whiteline Research customer satisfaction survey for the last 4 years.

I have to be in movement to be happy. For this I am doing a lots of sport, from swimming and football to martial arts, surfing and cooking .

To be in movement in my career is important for me too. For this I try to learn as many things as possible to have a good overview of some markets, because I believe in coherences and the importance of connection dots. A great vision can come from spontaneous ideas which can be made to increments with the right project management approach.
