- Created & launched plagiarism checker, including continuous improvements to the algorithm based on real-life data
- Planned & executed 'Capture': A year-long effort to rebuild the Acrolinx product from the ground up to reduce onboarding time, increase usability by laypeople, remove legacy capabilities, and mutualise technical requirements
- Active member of 'Product Leadership Group' focusing on improving ways of working and introducing product-led principles to the R&D team

Originally hired as a QA Manager, my path at Asana Rebel led me to introduce processes from scratch and help the company scale from 30 people to over 200.

As Head of QA at OKpanda I was involved in and responsible for every single facet of Quality Assurance. From defining workflows best suited to testing iOS and Android apps in an Agile environment, to manually testing new features, I oversaw and actively engaged in every step of the process.
