Managing 3no simultaneously projects, completely overseeing the CSA, MEP and Fitout packages.

• Manage projects scope, schedule and budget ensuring that there are aligned with company s requirements and objectives
• Lead the projects team, providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are working effectively towards project goals.
• Monitor projects progress and identify any risks or issues that may impact project delivery, implementing effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Ensure all documentation is up to date, accurate and complete, and that all projects’ deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stake holders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
• Coordinating the necessary Project Management activities
• Conducting and chairing Daily site meetings, Progress and Coordination meetings
• Track and report progress, manage overall timelines, dependencies, risks, issues and monitor interdependencies.
• Liaising with all project departments – Document control, Procurement, Design, HSE

windows / doors, Roller shutter doors/ dock levelers)

• Overseeing a workforce of 60+
• Carrying out QA/QC and EHS audits
• Compiling Daily activity briefings (DABS) with all subcontractors
• Daily briefings with main contractor on work progress
• Adhering to project schedule and monitoring, to its completion
• Overseeing handover of packages to GS with the relevant documentation

• Overseeing all subcontractor activities in relation to my package
• Carrying out QA/QC and EHS audits
• Compiling Daily activity briefings (DABS) with all subcontractors
• Daily briefings with Project Manager on work progress
• Adhering to project schedule and monitoring, to its completion
• Work closely with the design management team on all aspects of the cladding package
• Attended weekly meetings with the site management team in relation to Logistics/EHS /Collaborative Planning and Dabs
• Nearing completion of the cladding package, higher management moved me to the internal fit out team which consisted of the management of ceiling, white wall/drywall, and HAC installation.
