I am an experienced Business Finance Manager who has steadily evolved into the CFO role, today providing a full range of CFO services to start-ups and SME’s in Germany.

I typically work on a freelance and part-time basis, providing my clients with a tailor-made service according to their specific needs. Currently, I act as CFO at [...] GMBH, which I co-founded, and [...] GmbH.

My strength lies in being a true allrounder when it comes to all aspects of the CFO remit with deep a deep understanding of building businesses and business units. This is based on my 10 years at BOSCH Sicherheitssysteme, which I successfully built into an independent business focused on "security as a service." With a 360-degree approach, I developed financial constructs, designed sales structures, selected products, created new processes, and crafted contracts.

From this experience, I understand the significance of continuous financial monitoring as a basis for making informed recommendations and decisions. As a passionate entrepreneur with 15 years of experience, I bring my dedication and knowledge to every project, making your business my own.
