The industrial segments I gained experiences are: Automotive, Packaging, Glass production, Luxury Products, Chemicals. But I am opened to all the Industry as I like to learn!
I gained my Lean first experience directly from Kazuo Kawashima, the founder of the QRQC methodology, during my responsibilities at Valeo. This gave me a strong frame that I adapted in all my experiences afterwards, with great successes.

I also have Project Management competencies as I led numerous projects all along my career. Amongst the project I was responsible, one in particular wasvery different and very eye-opening: SAP Implementation in Czech Republic (for Valeo), with a strong support of Accenture (as tech specialists).
HR: beside my very intercultural personality, I enjoy setting up teams and coaching them to achieve targets that they would initially qualify as impossible to achieve (develop inner motivations).
