WBS, Work Centers, Sales Processing, Delivery Processing, Billing Processing, Time & Material Billing, Milestone Billing, SD -> PS integration, cProject.

Main goal of the project was Roll out SAP roadmap for Iberia countries (Portugal, Spain and Andorra) including migration from 4.7 to 6.0. (1 full life cycle)
KONE Backintegration – SAP Roadmap (05.2009 – 12.2009)
Main goal of the project was harmonization of business process, by implementing new functionality in roll-out units (Ireland, Northern Ireland, Czech, Slovak and Poland). In practice this means Update scheduling settings, master date settings, SUI, SSE integration.
KONE S-plan - phase 2, implementation (10.2007 – 04.2009)
Main goal of the project was harmonization of business process in roll-out units (Netherland, Finland, France, Spain, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, Australia and China). In practice this means one set of processes, one way of working aiming for an end-to-end optimization. (1 full life cycle)
Main responsibilities:
• Project coordination – planning, progress tracking
• Preparation of implementation guideline - analyze and document the target solution in the roll-out unit
• Customizing using SAP SolMan, set up new master data:

Main goal of the project was implementation of GLOBE Template in Poland, Baltic, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania (13 factories). I was responsible for PM and PS SAP modules.
