Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing complex projects within the field of medical technology. This includes skills in planning, organizing, and executing projects, as well as monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery. Advise and consulting on technical and business levels. Estimation and authoring of proposals
Medical Technology Knowledge: In-depth understanding of medical devices, equipment, and systems used in healthcare settings. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements specific to the medical technology industry.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including engineers, researchers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth project coordination.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Proficiency in identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them in the context of medical technology projects. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with applicable regulatory frameworks and standards. Ability to navigate the regulatory landscape and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Budgeting and Resource Management: Experience in managing project budgets, allocating resources efficiently, and optimizing cost-effectiveness. Strong financial acumen to ensure projects are completed within allocated budgets.
Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project updates, milestones, and deliverables to diverse audiences. Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Leadership and Team Management: Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals. Ability to provide clear direction, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Quality Assurance and Testing: Understanding of quality management principles and experience in overseeing testing and validation activities for medical technology projects. Knowledge of relevant testing methodologies and documentation requirements.
