Über mich
In the digital advertising company, we were helping publishers monetize their content. During this time, I led a team that launched products to help with scaling the Web business. We have achieved $1.3 million per month from almost $0. Also I was leading the launch of our platform in China. Using Agile methodology, I have developed product strategy, product roadmap, working with the tech team using scrum, shipped the product live and continued iterations. Meanwhile I was coordinating with the Sales, Marketing, Tech and Data Analytics teams on a regular basis. Since the company is B2B, I was taking part in holding quarterly business reviews with our clients to get feedback on the product, in order to optimize our current products.
In the game company, where I was part of a team that launched the mobile game which grossed over €730m revenue at the time. I also led a team to increase our Day1 retention by 36%. My role was to focus on the performance and monetization of the product, check on KPIs and develop strategy and features to improve game performance and UX. Since the company was B2C, I needed to work with our community, data analytics teams to understand users’ behaviour and organised UX tests with our game and UI designers.
2 years ago, I became a mother. This new title has empowered myself as a woman and also as a professional. And now I am more than excited and motivated to join a new adventure.
