I provide team development and coaching services for Engineering, Product Development, and Service Development. My goal is to create a shared understanding of roles, technology, services, organizational structure, and available resources. My workshops are designed for managers, expert teams, and individuals within organizations. My tasks include:
 Designing and preparing workshops, proposing session elements, and preparing materials.
 Facilitating workshops both online and onsite to improve team cohesion and performance.
 Coaching and team development with the aim of building a common understanding of Engineering's role, services, organizational structure, and available resources.
 Enabling the leadership team and assisting in fulfilling their role.
 Identifying the team's strengths and development opportunities to increase team efficiency and strengthen the bond.
 Leading discussions, summarising meeting outcomes and proposing action points for solutions.
 Providing a summary of key session outputs and assessments after the workshop and handover.
 Assisting managers and experts in developing and expanding collegial counselling and exchange formats and methods.
