I Was assigned to lead team of engineers during manufacturing a automated welding station. My assignment started from collecting information from customer about functions and requirements of process. Further I organize and took part in interdysplinar meeting of engineers involved in creating a conception of unit. After approval of customer I managed process of designing the product assuring that machine will fulfil requested functionality and meet requests of machine directive.
After acquiring final product I planed and organize production starting from ordering all requested materials and distributed work to involved engineers and production workers. Some parts and processes were also outsourced what had economical and delivery time purpose. After collecting all the parts I planed and supervised assembling process. Final I supervised final tests with accompany of customer checking if all mentioned on beginning features and requirements were fulfilled.
Next plan it to relocate and proceed with installation and startup at customers workshop.

My basic work experience consider preparation of NC programs basing on 3D models and 2D documentation. Finally supervision of parts manufactured by operator and performing final quality control.

I Was responsible for planning and leading of production starting from animalisation of technical documentation basing od 2D documentation and 3D models. My key responsibility was to create product according to designer guidelines achieving goal in determined budget and time. Within this I had to contact with suppliers for production materials, recognize possibilities of technics used and analyse which i had to outsource and which it was better to keep in our limited crew considering cost/time factors. Finally I had to manage crew during assembly and tests of ready product. Finally assignment contained planning and organizing transport to customer and all needed service and machines for final assembly and start-up.
