• Raised delivery reliability by 2.3%, introduced SameDay & Sunday deliveries, enabled 285% YOY growth in 2020 despite 150% planned target, Increased network speed for next-day by 380% (goal was 250%).
• Served as team-lead for one employee and supervised three others to effectively manage Luxembourg, Belgium, and Sweden as interim. Created & lead first multi-country work group for knowledge & best practice sharing.
• Created and operated analytics network through SQL and Excel to strategically review issues and proposals with the senior leadership team to remain aligned and on-top of developments in an uncertain market.

Directed team for the Amazon EU inbound portfolio of inbound delivery services and their cost coverage. Achieved product ownership for EU version of existing American counterparts and ramped key service of Amazon Logistics in seven countries.
• Designed, scaled, and operated transportation network to save 15.5M EUR in first two operating years whilst achieving faster deliveries. Achieved the first worldwide Amazon inbound service that operated at a profit.
• Lead efforts with cross-functional senior leadership to share market insights, adjust inbound strategy where needed, gain support for billing inbound services, and expand the Amazon service utilization EU wide.
• Created new data-warehouse tables and dashboards (SQL, Excel, Tableau) that facilitated EU wide cross-functional departments to drive improvements with new and more accurate data points.
