- Adapting the Jira setup, including issue types and workflows, aligning work package durations, creation and implementation of a new governance, shaping roles and responsibilities
- Developing blueprints and conducting workshops, such as Product Vision, Value Stream Identification, OKRs, Stakeholder Mapping, Role Model Canvas, Data Canva, and Product Maturity Check
