- Design & implementation of the completely new cloud-based IT architecture from online order entry via SCM to production shopfloor system for an international group with ca 1.5 bn Eur revenue. Reduced the order fulfillment time by 40%
- Establishing of the Global IT with ca 100 FTE. As well one of most powerful cloud competence centers in Southern Germany. Slashed running costs of processes by 15% through redesigned E2E processes & new technologies
- Effective responsibility as a regional CFO for over 130 m Eur sales with 1600 FTE in circa 20 countries. Production and supply chain cost decreased by ca 30%, as well due to transfer of production in developing countries
- Full post-merger integration for an international group. Relocation and new setup of corporate finance. Effectively established subsidiary-controlling, corporate policies and financial consolidation in accordance with IFRS
- Execution of restructuring program with process optimization & SAP implementation in a MDAX company. Process cost reduced by ca 20%
- Development of new comprehensive controlling & governance for a new global company. Successfully developed standard costing KPI-structure. Especially the transfer price model created worldwide within 12 months
- Interim position in a multinational company as CIO for 2 divisions. Restructured and implemented new global processes across ca 15 entities and rolled-out with new SAP with 15 successful go-lives on the same day
