Salesforce Lightning Transformation from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning, including new developments for a Global Energy and Automation Company .
Responsibilities:
•
End-2-End delivery of the Salesforce Training for the global migration from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience including significant changes in business processes
•
Training delivery for approx. 27.000 End Users
•
Creation of the Training concept, Training curriculum and Training process
•
Close collaboration with functional analysts and developers to deeply understand the features and software
•
Creation of generic Training material to be used as a modular basis for e-Learnings, Train-the-Trainer sessions as well as User instructions
•
Creation of Training materials for the Train-the-Trainer-Training, in which 1800 key Users were trained and enabled to train End Users
•
Preparation and configuration of the Training environment for the Users (creation of dummy & test data)
•
Planning of Training execution including setup of Meetings, Management of Participants & Participation via. MS Teams for approx. 1800 globally distributed Key Users
•
Additional Training request by the customer for a Training of 700 End Users
•
Training Scope: Salesforce Lightning Experience and Classic for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Setup Admin)
