This breadth of experience has exposed me to a myriad of teams, business models, and processes, shaping my understanding and approach to digital product development. Additionally, I've gained a deep appreciation for the significance of change and its challenges within organizations, understanding its profound impact on shaping strategies and driving success.
What sets me apart is my commitment to authenticity—I thrive on being open, honest, and direct in my interactions. I bring a high level of energy to everything I do, coupled with a love for visualization and a strong creative streak. Moreover, I love acting as a connector between individuals, teams & other units. I approach my work with transparency, structure, and organization. Quality is of utmost importance to me, although I must admit that my impatience can occasionally challenge this commitment.
Recently, I completed my education as a systemic coach, a milestone that I'm incredibly proud of. This achievement has been a long-time aspiration of mine, and it has significantly broadened my perception and knowledge. I'm also eagerly anticipating my upcoming "Train the Trainer" course to hopefully become an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) by the end of the year.
