• Cross Functionally leading and proactively driving Protocol Stack (L1-L3) SW bring-up activities for all IRAT features of a triple mode user equipment (4G/3G/2G)
o Conducted daily project meetings & providing daily status to management
o Ensured quality and on-time delivery of the SW under Bring up
o Defined defect/feature milestones and proactively worked with the SW teams
o Provided technical expertise to the marketing department w.r.t customers
o Interpreted customer input (Apple and Samsung) to define software requirements and specifications, especially LTE L1, LTE RRC and LTE/UMTS/2G interaction and ENAS)
o Conducted technical presentations and demos to customers and team members
• Technically participating to the full SW bring-up cycle (C, C++, Perl), providing system expertise in specification, development and debugging the embedded software
o Designed, developed and tested software for interworking between LTE and Legacy with focus on LTE L1 and RRC & interfaces with Legacy
o Integrated, tested and verified SW deliveries: systematically ensured fixes are correctly integrated with no degradations to the product (regression tests, logs)
o Supported & drove IOT, Field Test teams and Lab Testing (GCF and ADAPT) during verification/validation procedures (Sweden, Paris, Germany and Canada)
o Maintained, optimized and improved the performance of existing software (LTE Throughput, Power Saving improvements, IRAT Measurements, CSFB)
• LTE physical layer 1 component expert: SW Component maintenance and verification
• HW/SW used: C, C++, Assembly, Perl, Trace32, Logging tools, Clearcase, Anite and Anritzu, R&S CMW

• LTE PHY layer design, implementation and bring-up (PBCH, PDCCH, PDSCH)
• Integration of LTE layer 1 with e-MAC and e-RRC layer on the target system
• Development and maintenance of the LTE physical layer test system using Mobile virtual platform and target testing
• UMTS L1 design and development for the control stack including the interface to RRC (L2) for BCH and RACH/FACH
• SW Tools used: C, C++, Perl, Visio, Clearcase, FIDO for ticket tracking)
• Embedded SW developer (C, C++) of the HSPAevo prototype: Design and implementation of the drivers related to the Rake receiver and Combiner of the HSDA+ downlink chain:
o Implementation on the TI-DSP C67x series and CEVA DSP
o Using/Writing scripts in Perl and C for testing purposes
o Implementation of the Fspec/Dspec and feature-related documentations
• High Volume Software Maintenance: Maintenance Work, Incident Report (IR) handling, Bug hunting and root cause analysis, Change requests (CR) design and implementation on a HSPA product compliant with 3GPP release 6.
