Project Resource Allocation and Billing System  Internal Resource allocation,  Headcount and billing projections.  Networking with various stakeholders and gathering data for adhoc queries.  Analyzing the data, identifying the gaps, recommending suggestions for filing the gaps and monitoring the same.
