• Identify main client groups and audiences and determine the best way to communicate publicity information to them

• Write interesting and effective press releases, prepare information for media

kits and develop and maintain company internet or intranet web pages

• Develop and maintain company's corporate image and identity

• Manage communications budgets

• To attend and participate in different high profile events to promote company

and to build an interface with potential collaborators and stakeholders

• Draft speeches for company executives and arrange interviews and other forms of media engagements for them
• Assign, supervise and review the activities of public relations staff

• Evaluate advertising and promotion programs for compatibility with public relations efforts

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with provincial and federal government officials and media representatives

• To develop internal communications in consultation with Human Resource managers that keep employees informed of company activities

• Complete event planning and event management

• Formulate policies and procedures related to public information programs, working with senior management

• Respond to investor queries and requests for information about company's activities, scope of work or status

• Facilitate investor relations and relationship between parts of the company

such as the managers and employees, or different branch offices

• Manage in-house communication trainings

• Produce films, ads and documentaries and other video products, regulate their distribution

• Observe and report on social, economic and political trends that might affect investor decision making

• To produce and deliver customized presentations for government officials, local and international delegations and potential/existing investors

• To produce and manage publications which includes monthly newsletter, investment guide, potential projects booklet, brochure and other promotional books

• To develop and maintain contact with other investment promotion agencies locally and internationally

• Event calendar development and update on regular basis

• Content writing for websites, social media pages, publications and other promotional material
• To conduct research pertaining to global and domestic economic trends and investment priorities

• To draft talking points, speeches and briefs for the Chief Minister Punjab and company executives

• Preparing sectoral plans and policy recommendations for all the priority sectors in Punjab

• Based on research, making presentations & documentation for the management, monitoring industry statistics and following trends in trade literature
• On behalf of PBIT/ Punjab Government, establish interface with all the Chambers of Punjab including trade associations and business communities

• Develop direct contact with foreign embassies to create a linkage of PBIT and Punjab

• Analyze business environment and give recommendations to the top management for policy reform

• Efficiently handle all the queries of the new investors

• Matching business to Government resources and providing business to business referrals

• Assist to facilitate the foreign and local investors by speeding up the processes and fixing the vast range of governmental issues hampering investment process

• Help any investor or trader experiencing difficulties in contacting a specific government department or finding it difficult to obtain the correct documents and licenses
