Upon proving my abilities as Project Manager, I was given the chance to lead various projects as Program Manager. My commitment to the company and achieving its objectives resulted in further promotion, to the level of Delivery Center Department Manager / Program Manager.
As Program Manager, I lead various IT projects covering analyzing project advancements and decision making related to deadlines, budgets, P&L, human resource allocations, are among my duties, as well as providing advice and guidance to IT personnel at all projects stages.
In order to ensure a good technical level of my team, I also organize, together with my core team, internal training and courses for improving the professional experience of the development and analysis team.
As Department Center Manager I have led the development of new business lines as well as supporting and transforming the current department business lines. Currently my portfolio spans from Application Packaging, Application Virtualization continuing to Service Desk Services, Manage Services, Cloud Manage Services and Remote Services. From a geographical perspective the department delivers services mainly to European customers but also for North America and Asia Pacific.
During this period I have developed several new service lines like : Managed Services, Service Desk, PMO.
From a sales perspective I have launched successfully 4 complete offerings, with all the materials and the calculations needed.
From an organizational perspective I have designed and implemented an ERP system for the department based on OpenERP.
Also I have designed and implemented an Process Management tool for the Application Packaging activities.
