I Concepted and designed the fully responsive website for the Allianz Instant Helping Portal (Allianz Direkthilfeportal), which helps the other party to report an accident and claim their needs.
I Created and maintained a web and mobile UI pattern library.
I Planned and hosted several UX lab testing sessions.
I Partnered with others for user interviews including preparation and data analysis for all parts of the My Allianz app and the Allianz Instant Helping Portal iOS, Android, and fully responsive website.
I Tested and created low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
I Hosted and led bi-weekly Google design sprints with analysis and data evaluation.
I Collaborated with product owners, business analysts, analysts, and QA as well as iOS, Android, and web developers.
