- Performing all aspects of Platform Administration, Architecture Design, Development and implementation of PaaS ServiceNow solutions for one of the Britain largest media companies.
- planing and guiding integrations.
- Conducted initial workshops with customers, collected and formalized requirements, prepared and delivered demo of solutions, received sign-off from stakeholders.
- System translation and local customization for the out-of-the-box system.
