Über mich

I have numerous years of experience as a Scrum Master working within Agile Transformation programs and as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for the Agile Release Train (ART) process. Delivery was based on the “Essential SAFe” framework backed with lean-agile principles needed to provide control and governance the business requires.
I have experience managing and optimising the flow of value through single or multiple ART’s with multi skilled (onshore & offshore) teams tasked with developing SaaS/PaaS solutions working to an agreed PI cadence. This was done by
- Loading and prioritisation of the ART (using the MoSCOW technique, backlog grooming etc)
- Fostering collaboration between teams and system-level stakeholders supporting delivery of the ART.
- Facilitating ART Level Events (PI Planning, SoS, problem workshops, system/solution demo’s, scrum ceremonies etc)
- Tracking and communicating key ART execution metrics like feature progress report (plan vs actual)
- Escalating and tracking ART impediments (Managing risks and issues, escalating topics as required to drive delivery of the ART)
- Facilitating relentless improvement for the ART (Coaching sessions with 1:1 support, code reviews, pair programming) enabling continuous improvement and driving delivery optimisation.
