Top Achievements:
- built trustworthy relationships with the customer by delivering the A-Sample software release with good results.
- reduced the Software integration time from 1 week to 1 day by proposing the usage of continuous integration concepts and implementation of an automatic ARXML checking tool during the development phase.
- decreased the infrastructure setup time of a new remote location with 1 month by negotiating with suppliers earlier deliveries of licenses
- reduced the Autosar development process time with more than 800hours per month by encourage the SW project team to eliminate the muda like waiting time of a team after another.
- decreased the costs of SW development and testing tools with approx 30k EUR by sharing PC-based licenses and sharing of testbench setups and proper planning of the testing time with all the internal stakeholders.
- increase the quality of the deliveries of SW suppliers by defining a preventive strategy of development of their modules
