Über mich
In my initial years of Alphapet career as a Frontend Developer, I have got various opportunities to develop myself professionally in different areas. Being very first frontend developer in a team, gave me a chance to improve internal processes and workflows that resulted in key optimizations in UX and team efficiency, among many other notable contributions. Lacking a dedicated Web designer in our team, gave me a chance to conceptualize the features to improve our website’s UI/UX by analyzing the data and A/B testing results. I have also gained an experience of Google Tag Manager for metrics measurements using the tools like Google Analytics.
Throughout my career, I have been working in an agile environment. Hence, I have got an in-depth knowledge and experience of agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. I am passionate for building successful and delightful user-focused products based on understanding, empathy and data and really enjoy managing the projects that have significant impact on UI/UX. With keen interest in leading a product, I am given a chance of leading projects of my team as a Tech Project Lead. Where I am responsible for strategizing the project, creating epics and user stories together with acceptance criteria, managing the backlog of that project, leading project execution, planning the releases, being part of standups, planning, refinement and review ceremonies, bridging the gap between stakeholders and developers, continuous engagement with developers to resolve the impediments or dependencies to deliver the deliverables in desired timeframe.
