Responsibilities:
• Responsible for outsourcing due diligence process (ODP). Works directly with Union bank of Switzerland
• Ensuring that the client’s customer identifying data (CID) is not exposed to offshore team.
• Collaboration with project teams /ITO partners.
• Decide the type of risk assessment required for the applications which are in our scope.
• Tracking progress of the risk assessment.
• Project onboarding decision for IT outsourcing partner is decided based on risk assessment.
• Continuous improvement in the process work flow and documentation.
• Develop ad-hoc dashboards for UBS.
• Maintaining process reports.
• Additional responsibility of decommissioning of obsolete servers in Switzerland.
Client project: Citi Bank Role: Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Analysis of process documents shared by the client.
• Participation in requirement elicitation meetings.
• Preparation of As-Is and To-Be process models
• Business Requirement Documentation and Functional Requirement Documentation.
• Presentation in the client meetings.
Client project: Captial One Role: PMO /Project Management
Responsibilities:
• Creating views from Management Information System reports and analyze the same
• Ensuring resource data is updated in the system
• Support in various projects / in the Project Management Office (PMO)
• Organization and support of trainings
• Cooperation and support in the team
• Correspondence with the departments/responsible persons
• Support of the senior management in operations
• Resource planning and fulfillment
• Preparation of resourcing management reports and analytics
