UBS Luxemburg was looking for an integrated client advisor solution supporting the new regulatory requirements with comprehensive rule management and replacing the highly manual processes.
In this project UBS looked at 4 vendor solutions. Internal solutions used in other locations have also been considered. A detailed requirements catalogue has been developed, which served to facilitate vendor presentations and have a fair assessment of the presented solutions.

The Business Architecture served to manage complexity by creating transparency around value flows, information flows, responsibilities and process supporting infrastructure
Development of a Capability Model describing the functionality and skills required to implement the strategy. The Capability Model is closely linked to the Business Process Architecture and supports the management of the project portfolio and steers investments into the right direction

Corporate Center Functional Transformation Program
This program consolidated various departments, such as Finance, Risk, HR, Supply Management and Information Technology, from the Wealth Management, Investment Bank and Asset Management into Corporate Center. The program built the platform for realisation of further efficiency projects streamlining the functions.
More then 20'000 staff were impacted by this program. We built new organisational structures and cost center structures. The move has been organised in two waves, one in August and one in September. On this transformation weekends we had to ensure that all access rights to buildings and IT infrastructure were up and running.
In this Program I was responsible for Finance and Information Technology within the central Program Management Team.
