It is a flag ship solution of Arrow Electronics. The project manages all the inbound and outbound communication of Oracle ERP system. Integration between the other systems were implemented using Web methods, SOA, BPEL and Oracle PL/SQL.

Responsibility & Deliverables :
My responsibility was to design and develop multiple interfaces responsible for the handshake between systems.
Ensuring the production support and maintenance for the modules that were developed.
Interact with counterparts in Germany, USA to understand the business requirements.
Gaining competence in understanding the existing interfaces.
Developing the PL/SQL packages for inbound and outbound data transfer.
Technology Used : Oracle Ebiz, SOA, Oracle PL/SQL

Project Description/Scope : RedFort - Oracle Apps Implementation and Support (42 months)
The project deals with the ERP implementation of Order Management and Install Base for one of the largest Internet Service Providers - Sify. Replacing the in-house system CCOSS with Oracle Order Management and Install Base without disturbing the business.
Existing customers were created in the Oracle Customer master module. Process flow was designed in way that an order can be directly placed through Order Management or order can be triggered via quote or lead modules.

Responsibility & Deliverables :
Analyzing the fits and gaps with the in-house system
Created interfaces, procedures, packages and functions to fit in the requirement and gaps
Initializing the setups for master creations
Supporting the system post implementation.
Single resource for the entire data conversion(CCOSS-Oracle OM).
Technology Used : Oracle Ebiz (OM, Install Base, TCA ) , Oracle PLSQL
Achievements :
Mastered the process flow between the ERP modules like Customer Master ,Order Management and Install Base.
Was able to gain a good knowledge in data conversion process.

CCOSS Project Management is a CRM tool, which is typically used for streamlining the Corporate Business operations and activities related to corporate connectivity customers and the various services provided in Sify.
